
The so called "Customer Service" of Scarlet fucked up our order 3 times.
- We ordered a Scarlet ADSL line which never worked. We didn't use it at all. It was unused 2 weeks before we moved in and after getting the modem from the post and finding out that there is some problem and it does not work, we decided to return the modem and change the service.
- I then called the "customer service" and transformed this line to Scarlet VDSL with a full installation service to avoid any hassle. It was going to be activated "within 2 weeks" and a technician will call us.
- I then called after 2 weeks as nothing had happened. No phone call from the technician - nada. They told us that there was some problems with the order and they had to make another order. The service was going to be activated within 2 weeks again and a technician was supposed to call.
- I then called after 2 weeks as - again. They told us the same thing. I told them "no thanks" in a polite way.
We will cancel all orders.
The ridiculous thing is that THEY KEPT BILLING US THIS WHOLE TIME FOR 2 INTERNET CONNETCTIONS:

TRYING TO RIP OFF 91,69€ when we only owed them 20,21€ for the ADSL line which we never used.
Scarlet is complete shit and those people should burn in hell!
How is it possible that an internet connection is cheaper even in France and France is a developing country?
What is wrong with this country? Belgacom made 1 Billion euros of profit in 2009 - don't you think they could do with a little less?
